- Practice of indigenous farming and agro-forestry technologies with appropriate improvements to enhance productivity
- Mobilization and harnessing of internal and external finance sources to fund social services and promote development of ecologically-sustainable enterprises
- Promotion and support of ecological-cultural tourism which is in harmony with the environment an and indigenous culture
